A fish dish for a change. Many of you asked if I am vegetarian because I mostly post vegetarian recipes here. No, I am not, just meat is not my biggest priority in the kitchen now and that’s why I am more focused on other dishes. However, fish is always a good idea, especially boneless shark stakes. Ingredience
(servers 4)
800g of frozen shark steaks
1 tbs of olive oil
juice from half of the lemon
2 tbs of soya sauce
1 tbs of dry ginger powder
pinch of black pepper
2 tbs of vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- Defrost steaks, cut off the skin, dry with paper towel.
- In a bowl combine olive oil, soya sauce, lemon juice, ginger powder and black pepper. Add shark steaks, combine all together and let the fish chill in the fridge for an hour.
- Dry marinated steaks with paper towel and fry on high heat on a pan with vegetable oil for 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with fresh tomatoes salad.
P.s. Sharks don’t have bones so it’s a good option for the picky eaters.
🇸🇰 Steaky zo žraloka (4 porcie)
800g g žraločích steakov
1 PL olivového oleja
šťava z polky citróna
2 PL sójovej omáčky
1 ČL sušeného zázvoru
štipka čierneho korenia
2PL rastlinného oleja na vyprážanie
Postup
1. Steaky rozmrazíme pri izbovej teplote. Keďže žraloky nemajú kosti, len chrupavky, námahu s vykosťovaním si môžete ušetriť.
2. Vo veľkej miske zmiešame všetky ingrediencie a zamarinujeme v nich steaky aspoň na hodinu.
3. Steaky dôkladne osušíme papierovou utierkou a opražíme na prudkom ohni 4-5 minút z každej strany.
Servírujeme s nakrájanými paradajkami.
